Welcome to laju44, an online betting platform operating under an international licence and built for players in Malaysia. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as a registered user and the laju44 platform operator.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any service provided by laju44, you are considered to have read, understood and fully agreed to all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

laju44 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below:

• "Platform" refers to the laju44 website accessible at https://laju44.one and all related subdomains and applications.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the laju44 platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account opened through the registration process set by laju44.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means additional funds, credits or other benefits granted by laju44 to users under specific conditions.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to the activity of placing a bet using account funds or credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Operator" means the entity that manages and runs the laju44 platform under an international licence.

To register and use the laju44 platform, users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any country where online gambling is prohibited.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• Not hold more than one active account on the laju44 platform.
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the laju44 platform. Holding multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being suspended, winnings cancelled and stored balances frozen pending investigation.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their username and account password confidential. laju44 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• Ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate and up to date. Updates can be made through the account profile section or by contacting customer support.
• Reporting to the laju44 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Any activity that occurs under your account until you report any security breach.

laju44 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC) at any time. Users are required to provide documents such as a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport when requested. Failure to provide the documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended.

laju44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved. This period depends on the payment method selected and the required internal verification process.

laju44 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. This includes identity verification, betting record checks and risk assessment. User cooperation in this process is required to ensure withdrawals are processed smoothly.

laju44 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus:

New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,688 → wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• laju44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any attempt at abuse, fraud or breach of terms is found.
• Other promotional offers such as cashback, referral bonuses and special promotions are subject to the specific terms set out with each respective promotion.
• laju44 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or terminate any promotion at any time.

All bets placed on the laju44 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring all bet details are accurate before confirmation.

• laju44 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet involving a technical error, system malfunction or incorrect information.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, laju44's system records are final and binding unless proven otherwise.
• The use of automation software, bots or any unauthorised method to manipulate bet outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between users, identity fraud or any form of cheating may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
• laju44 reserves the right to limit the bet amount or winnings for any game at any time.
• Winning payouts are subject to satisfactory verification of all relevant conditions.

laju44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial loss resulting from unfavourable bet outcomes.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond the operator's control, such as internet failures, hardware malfunctions or force majeure events.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses even if laju44 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Any activity that occurs on a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

laju44's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

laju44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The user breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been inactive for a period specified by laju44's internal policy.
• Instructions are received from a relevant regulatory body or authority.

Users may also request to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user after all outstanding wagering requirements have been settled, subject to the relevant verification process.

The collection, processing and storage of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with laju44's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy page. By using the laju44 platform, users agree to the data protection practices set out in that policy.

laju44 uses user information solely for the purposes of operating the service, identity verification, transaction processing, service communications and compliance with applicable laws. Personal information will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws applicable to the international licensing under which laju44 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.

Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with laju44's customer support team. If a resolution is not reached within a reasonable period, both parties agree to refer the dispute to the relevant mediation body.
